Voting Question: I need a automotive shop that does payment plans. Anyone know of one in Elgin, IL?

I messed up my car recently and need to fix it quick. But Ive been to a couple shops around here(Elgin, IL) and they dont do payment plans. Can anyone help? I need to tow it to the shop as well.
